Bands – Fence Fitting Components
Bands are essential components used in chain link fencing to secure rails, tension wires, or other hardware to fence posts. Typically made from galvanized or powder-coated steel, they wrap around the post and provide anchor points for bolts or clamps. Common types include:
Brace Bands: Secure top rail or bottom tension wire to corner and terminal posts.
Tension Bands: Hold tension bars against fence posts to stretch and secure the mesh fabric.
Bevelled & 2-Way Bands: Used in special configurations or angles, like 180° turns.
